+When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).
+When will my credit appear on my account?
Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
+I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
Click the My Account – Sign In – Orders on the opened page you will see all your orders and print icon that allows you print invoice.
+I have a question about my charges.
Click the "My Account" link at the bottom of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. +Do I have to pay sales tax?
We do not charge sales tax - we collect it - it’s the law! We are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders being shipped to your state. Sales tax will be assessed on the total purchase, including shipping/handling charges (as required). If you have questions regarding sales tax, please feel free to Contact Us.
+When will my order ship?
Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
+I received the wrong product.
If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
+How do I return my product?

+How much is my shipping?
Standard Shipping is FREE of charge in the United States.

Click the My Account – Profile Details link at the bottom of our site to edit your account information.
+How do I create an account?
1. Click the “Account” link at the bottom of our site. 2. From a dropdown box choose “Register”. Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private.
+When will my backorder arrive?
Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.
+Do you send order confirmations?
Yes, we automatically send you an email confirmation of your order. In addition, we will send you another email confirmation after your order has shipped. If you have not received your confirmation, please double-check the email address you provided.
+An item is missing from my shipment.
Contact us at email@example.com as soon as the shipment arrives to notify us of the situation and we will resolve this matter promptly.
+My order never arrived.
You will be receiving an email with the Package Tracking Number once the order has been shipped. Please use that link to check on the status of your shipment. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.
